In March, CNPF recruited and hired new employees. Three women joined us but unfortunatly one of them has encountered difficulties. under the supervision of our director I had to help and train her, in order to keep this new worker in our team. The major problem was due to a lack of organization, which was resulted in not completed work and never on time. Each day I had to ensure she does her job correctly. Throughout this training I was able to answer all her questions and to help her with anything that wasn't clear or misunderstood.
Gradually, all tasks that I gave her were established on time and in a complete way.
Therefore, this employee no longer needed my intervention and she came to thanks me, she felt gratefull to me. This grateful offered me a great motivation to help others and to transfer my knowledge to them.
