Making sure all staff wear their uniform.

Adhering to their schedule and break times

Making sure they’re using the correct products for the equipment.

Reinforcing the values of hospitality with each guests

Organizing the check in /check outs of the day.

Each department have a more detailed checklist according to their needs and requirements. The departments include; the floor staff, bar, housekeeping, engineer, Gardener, Spa, Boutique.
