To reinforce the brands values and the essence of Team work every month I would organize a meeting with each departments (Reception, House keeping and floor staff).
During these times, we go over the bases, discuss any issues that have come up, customer complaints and how to solve them as well as changes on the menu, or in the systems implemented.
During these meetings we make sure to go over their SOP’s, what it is that I expect from them, and make sure they adhere to the Indiana ‘staff profile’.
