Once a month I conducted a full inventory of the produce in each departments (Bar, Boutique and Spa)
Bar
Cocktails represent a large portion of our income hence it is important to keep a tight stock inventory. I calculate and cross check with the accountant to make sure the balance sheets correspond to the sales reports. In the event something doesn’t add up I would then carry out an investigation to find the cause of error.
Boutique
For the boutique, every week I would check what was sold and compare with my stock list.
Spa
Every two weeks I would cross check the amount of products remaining compared to the amounts of treatments sold.
