Social Networks Management 

In this day and age Social Media is crucial for advertising.
Instagram takes the lead, and it is critical to keep our account on this platform actif.
I have taken over by creating new content which best represents the hotel’s image.
Picture white sand beaches, crystal clear waters and a beautiful fruit platter.
The content also includes, the Spaces that features rattan woven chairs, white washed woods, exotic plants and shadows that illustrate the walls.
Aside creating new content, I make sure to engage with people on all our social media platforms, attending to their needs, and responding to both comments as well as provate DM’s/ Messages.
When guests feature us on their account, we make sure to repost the picture (when qualitative) and thank them for their visit.

Another critical part of the process is Influencers
I have invited Travel & Lifestyle influencers to stay on a collaboration basis in exchange for advertisement by featuring the hotel on their Instagram stories, and posts.
Depending on their followers and engagement ratio’s my requirements differ and I suggest different packages.
I evaluate each influencer that reaches out to us, on a case per case basis making sure that their engagement ratio corresponds to the amount of followers, and making sure the quality
Of their content is up to standards I.e (The place, and what we offer must be the focus of the photo).

I have implemented the use of hashtags to maximise our visibility and reach the targeted audience. Some of the Hashtags I use are Island, LuxuryHotel, Lembongan and FrenchRestaurant.
