Orders Management

The management of an order corresponds to the main activity of CNPF.

Business people contact us in order to find products they need. In order to sastify them we should open a inquiry to find the most similar product as possible. When the product is find and confirmed from our client, a proposal is made between the supplier and the customer, passing by us, once the agreement establishes and confirms we begin the follow-up of the order until the sealing of the container. The order management requires a great organization, using the cube software and file classification (contracts, photos, certificates, packaging, ect).

In order to maximize ou client's satisfaction, we must ensure de supplier's process with a regular quality control and ensure the order due date.

Canton Fair

China benefit a large amount of supplier choice, however the most important and active period is during the Canton Fair which represent opportunities for the business world under one roof. This event bring togeteher the most complete exhibit variety, the largest buyer attendance, the broadest distribution of buyers’ source country and the greatest business turnover in China.
