Project Monitoring

When establishing a project, I.e (Renovating beaches, alleys,walls, entrance etc…)

I set my ideas on paper, and go through each details with a project manager.

We discuss the budgets and materials needed to establish a quote.

From there on, I must closely monitor the progress and make sure the contract is respected (due date, quality, price).
